Services
We provide event staffing and related services including bartending services (alcohol always supplied by client), setup, breakdown, décor assistance, coordination, and cleanup.
Booking & Agreements
All bookings, contracts, and agreements are handled electronically and are legally binding once executed.
Pricing & Payments
Pricing is provided by custom quote only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure services unless otherwise stated in writing. Remaining balances are due as outlined in the service agreement.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by the signed service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing alcohol, permits, supplies, and a safe working environment.
Clients must comply with all applicable laws.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop services for unsafe, illegal, or misrepresented conditions without refund.
Service Area
We serve all of New Jersey and select parts of New York and Pennsylvania.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for third-party actions or client-provided items.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
